1 Nature of the Service

Nick's Picks is a subscription content service that publishes sports betting analysis, player prop research, and parlay suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and we do not process bets on your behalf.

Content is delivered weekly and includes commentary, statistics, and opinions formed by Nick based on publicly available information such as usage trends, injury reports, and betting lines.

2 No Guarantee of Outcome

Sports outcomes are unpredictable. Nothing published by Nick's Picks — including labels like "Best Bets" or "Value Plays" — is a promise, prediction, or guarantee of any result.

No pick, prop, or parlay shared through this service is guaranteed to win. Past results, including any win/loss record we publish, are not indicative of future performance.

3 Eligibility

• You must be of legal gambling age in your state or jurisdiction to use this content in connection with any wager.

• You must be physically located somewhere that sports wagering is legally permitted.

• It is your sole responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. Nick's Picks does not verify age, location, or eligibility.

4 Responsible Gambling

Wager only what you can afford to lose. This service is built around small, disciplined stakes for a reason — but even a small bet carries real risk, and there is no system that removes that risk entirely.

5 Payment & Cancellation

Nick's Picks offers two plans:

• Weekly — $20/week: billed on a recurring weekly basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Season Pass — $200: a single flat payment covering the full season as published on the pricing page.

Prices are listed in USD and may change for future billing periods with notice.

6 Refund Policy

Because each card is delivered digitally and immediately upon release, all purchases are final once a card has been published. We do not issue refunds based on the outcome of any pick, prop, or parlay, win or lose.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us, and we'll review it.

7 Intellectual Property

All picks, write-ups, slip images, and card designs are the property of Nick's Picks. Members may use content for personal reference but may not redistribute, resell, or republish cards or slips without permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

Nick's Picks, its author, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from bets placed based on content published through this service. You assume full responsibility for any wagering decisions you make.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
